Liberty:
The freedom to act or believe without being stopped by unnecessary force, is generally considered in modern time to be a concept of political philosophy and identifies the condition in which an individual has the right to act according to his or her own will. Individualist and liberal conceptions of liberty relate to the freedom of the individual from outside compulsion or coercion; A collectivist perspective, on the other hand, associates liberty with equality across a broader array of societal interests. As such, a collectivist redefines liberty as being connected to the reasonably equitable distribution of wealth, arguing that the unrestrained concentration of wealth (the means of production) into only a few hands negates liberty. In other words, without relatively equal ownership, the subsequent concentration of power and influence into a small portion of the population inevitably results in the domination of the wealthy and the subjugation of the poor. Thus, freedom and material equality are seen as intrinsically connected, a line of thought that finds its home in the philosophy of Jean-Jacques Rousseau.About us

A little bit about our story for those curious.
May 31st, 2006
Crysis-Online, a now well known fansite to crysis was founded. Most of us started first introducing ourselves there.
November 13th, 2007
Crysis was finally released by Crytek. A group of members took a passionate liking to the game, and suggested a clan be forged under Crysis-Online.
January 2008
Clan Cry-On was founded by One_Fire and Flamed_Up and the great SkyHunter joins (Smartino...this part is very important!).
Summer 2008
Flamed Up and Onefire (the clan leaders) stepped down and gave the clan to Fence Jumper. Soon after that CO owner Kres tranferred CO to another server but wasn't kind enough to transfer the clan's webpage with it.
Fall 2008
With the release of Warhead, [Cry-On] lost its last server due to former clan member Critical Mass stops providing the clan with a server.. Several months ensued with the clan almost dieing without a server. Smartino bought the clan a server after several months.
Winter 2008
[Cry-On] continues to slowly die, even though a server is possessed. The members being loosing intrest and the Clan owner, Kres, continues to stifle and smother the clan.
Fence Jumper, Smartino and Evanzo jointly create Liberty In Action to remove the oppression that [Cry-On] experienced from the Owner, Thus the name Liberty in Action.
All was well in C-O land until former Admin Onefire removed the clan's website.
We had temporary servers to keep the clan going, but that too was soon lost. Thus here we stand, having left the dead clan [Cry-On] to forge a new clan. A clan that holds honor, courage, commitment, and liberty as the fundamental base for this community.
February 2nd, 2009
After over a year within Cry-On, Its members took their leave to form what is now [-LiA-], Liberty in Action. The clan officially kept its support for the Crysis franchise and added the Guild Wars franchise.

The clan officially supports WarCraft III and its Expansion.
